Does my business have to be located in Hawaiʻi?

No. Businesses and organizations outside Hawaiʻi are welcome through Industry Partner Membership if they support or are closely allied with Hawaiʻi's coffee industry. Hawaiʻi Coffee Business Membership is reserved for qualifying Hawaiʻi-based businesses as defined by the Association's bylaws.


What's the difference between voting rights across membership types?

Hawaiʻi Coffee Business Members have full voting rights and are eligible to serve on the Board of Directors. Industry Partner Members may vote on membership matters but are not eligible for Board service under current bylaws. Community Supporter Members do not have voting rights.


Can I upgrade my membership later?

Yes. As your involvement with Hawaiʻi coffee grows, you can upgrade to a higher membership tier at any time. Contact HCA directly to make a change.
