This workshop introduces participants to the fundamentals of professional coffee cupping and sensory evaluation. Participants will learn how coffee quality is evaluated, how to conduct consistent cupping sessions, and what attributes are assessed. This session will also include a hands on aspect of receiving coffees to cup and evaluate.
